We are now a Family Troop!

\Scouting America authorized a new type of troop that permits both girl and boy scouts in the same troop instead of having a unique troop for boys and a separate one for girls. Troop 242 has officially become a family troop with the consent of the our home organization the Villa Park V.F.W., the Three Fires Council, and the scouts themselves.
